Thinking about dinner already
With all this great striper on hand I wake up each morning ready for dinner. Sure there are lots of great recipes for striper, but to me the most important thing is to cook it quickly and hot - and not too long! This is one of the ways we’ve enjoyed it: Seared Wild Striped Bass with Sauteed Spring Vegetables. I usually use more of a marinade with it, but that recipe will follow at another time. It’s so good almost any way you cook it.
